I'm a 27 year old male that is into crossfit and (mostly) clean eating. My inspiration and motivation are sexy and fit women. My goal is to look good enough that the girls I post would check me out. I want to post my workouts so you can see what I'm doing and we can track our progress in the future. I'm not a trainer yet but I know a thing or two about proper lifting, I'm not a nutrition expert at all so don't go there, but if you have a question let me know and I'll try to help.

Jackie Perez: That moment right before you pick up something heavy….I really have to talk to myself right before to be confident enough to pick it up. Lifting weights is so mental even more than physical for me. I always say if I can lift it in my mind I can lift it physically. That’s probably the best part about crossfit. It gets to a point where you stop chasing that aesthetic goal and start chasing those heavy numbers which gets you that body anyway without obsessing over it. It’s a continuous goal you never reach because you can always be stronger or better. I have so much respect for these Crossfit girls. They are unreal! I laugh when someone outside the Crossfit world tells me im strong. I’m like “oh no, I’m nothing close to these chicks I compete against”!!! These girls are unreal and super inspiring. I used to get motivated by seeing pictures of chicks with the body I wanted but now I’m motivated by those who push their limits and throw up these unreal numbers. I used to want abs so bad now I just a 300 deadlift 155 snatch and 200 clean and jerk. I won’t give up and I will get it! I’m so great for for this sport and everything it has brought into my life!
